Jiangsu TangLong Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. is situated in Rudong County, Nantong City – a region celebrated as the "Pearl of Rivers and Seas" and strategically positioned with exceptional geographical advantages. Rudong borders the South Yellow Sea to the east, facing Japan and South Korea across the sea; lies adjacent to the Yangtze River Estuary with close proximity to Shanghai to the south; connects to the heartland of central Jiangsu to the west; and overlooks the Eurasian Continental Bridge to the north. This prime location endows the area with highly efficient multi-modal transportation infrastructure spanning sea, land, and air networks, further strengthening its competitive edge as an electronics manufacturing base.
Founded in September 2022, Jiangsu TangLong specializes in designing and manufacturing power semiconductor discrete devices—including FRD/FRED chips, TVS chips, and high-performance STD photoresist chips—upholding independent chip design, customized R&D, proprietary wafer manufacturing, and prioritized expansion of high-quality chip production capacity to deliver comprehensive solutions for premium chip demands from leading downstream packaging and testing manufacturers.
The company holds IATF 16949:2016 automotive quality certification and ISO 14001:2015 environmental certification. Core products encompass FRD/FRED, TVS, ultra-high-voltage rectifier diodes, and Zener diode chips. With two operational 4-inch process high-quality chip production lines, TangLong achieves an annual output of 2.4 million wafers of FRD/FRED, TVS, and STD chips. A third 5-inch automated advanced production line (designed capacity: 1 million wafers/year) for high-end FRD/FRED and TVS chips is currently under construction.
In recent years, TangLong has earned extensive technical qualifications and trust from premium clients through independent chip design, wafer manufacturing, and customized development—driving technological advancement while expanding production scale and product diversity. Stable partnerships now exist with top-tier global power semiconductor packaging/testing manufacturers, including multiple domestic Sci-Tech Innovation Board (STAR Market), Growth Enterprise Market (GEM), and internationally listed companies.
